So proud of our Roachdale Elementary Spell Bowl Team.

We had a very busy two days this week at Roachdale Elementary School! We have had a great time roller skating. Thank you Mr. McMurtry for bringing the skates to our school each year. Yesterday was another great day with our Student Appreciation Day. We appreciate each and every student and family at our school. Wishing all of our families, including our staff families, a very Happy Thanksgiving!

We had so much fun at our STEM Family Night on Tues. Oct. 24. Students made marble mazes, designed the tallest free standing tower out of pipe cleaners, explored some stem kits, and participated in a Lego challenge. Thank you to all of our helpers at the event! We had Ivy League Kids (our before/after school program), Mrs. McVay (our STEM and Media Center Assistant) and 5th grade students - Aubrey McVay, Colin O'Donnell, and Paige Livingston. Be watching for our next family night event scheduled for Jan. 25.

All North Putnam Schools are on a 2 hour delay today September 29th due to fog.

The Book Fair is all set up and ready for our students to visit this week. Remember family night is 3-5 pm on Wednesday.
